Ice Cream

1 gallon recipe

4 eggs
2 ½ cups sugar
7 cups milk
3 cups whipping cream
2 ½ tablespoons vanilla
½ teaspoon salt

Beat eggs till light.  Add sugar gradually, beating till thick. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Freeze in 5-quart ice cream freezer.

Simple Low Sugar Ice-cream

2 cups whole cream
1.5 cups milk
1 t vanilla extract
1/4-1/3 c sugar
pinch salt

Mix well, freeze in ice-cream maker.
Enjoy

Makes about 1 quart.
